    Hi Aimee, I started learning embroidery because of your book. Your designs really inspired me! One question though -- how do you wash clothes that have been embroidered? I'm thinking they have to be handwashed, but I'm hoping I can machine wash on gentle cycle in a mesh bag because I'm lazy.

    I'm so glad to be an inspiration! It should be fine to wash in the gentle cycle. Good idea to use a bag too, so the stitches won't snag. :)
