Rosette

Rosette

Here is sweet Rosette, a one of a kind custom doll from little dear! She started out as a LPS Blythe and has received a major makeover, she's now ready to start her new life as a circus girl. Rosette has a pretty hand painted white clown face, gloves and shoes. She has pink and red needle felted hair in a (permanent) pretty swirl topped with a satin rose. She has a sweet little pink and red dress with lace trim. She comes with a hand painted, keepsake tag and matching paper parasol.

  1. So pretty! You are such a motivation for me!
What medium do you use to paint her and do you seal it afterwards? I tried repainting a Monster High doll, but the acrylic got tacky and the acrylic sealant was just as bad. I have no idea where to start and the websites I have been to have not been very helpful.

  2. Thanks so much! I use acrylic paints, and seal with MSC (Mr Super Clear) a sealant from Japan I order from junkyspot.com. It works great on dolls but you have to be sure and use it outdoors as it is toxic. O_o

  3. I have some of both! I mix and match them depending on what colors I need.
