stitch n tea party

tea and stitching

I was invited to a virtual "stitch n tea party" by Gigi & Big Red and I couldn't resist! (two of my favorite things. ;)
The tea is Trader Joe's Organic Ginger Pear (from a friend, we're not lucky enough to have Trader Joe's here. ;P) in my favorite green thrift store mug, sitting on a little placemat of yo-yo's I keep adding to. (It may grow into a whole tablecloth one day.)

Here's the stitching, some new embroidery I've been working on bit by bit...
This is only one of the projects I've been stitching lately, I can never seem to work on just one thing at a time. I've got several things in the works, including a fun new tutorial I'll debut this week!

One more thing, this mini ticker tape quilt I made from our Doodle Stitch Along is now available in my shop! (if you're interested. ;)
